5. Payment Terms

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

NORTHPEAK SYSTEMS warrants that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, except as expressly set forth in project agreements:

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not warrant that services will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We do not warrant that defects will be corrected

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, client shall pay for all services performed and expenses incurred through the termination date. Provisions regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website or services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
